| Making A PurchaseMaking a purchase could not be easier, just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And HandlingShipping to anywhere in the UK starts at a £4.00 flat rate as we ship everything by courier. This price is incresed by 50p for each item unless stated otherwise. There will never be an increase in shipping costs for items such as shirt printing or arm badges. For your convenience the final postage amount is always clearly displayed in the checkout before any credit card details have to be entered. International orders are subjected to a higher band of carriage and this is again always clearly displayed at the point of order. |
| Delivery ScheduleProviding the items you have ordered are in stock we will normally send your order to you within 5 business days . International orders are generally received in under 10 days. | Returns PolicyRegulations provide a cooling off period and an unconditional right to cancel during that period. The cooling off period begins as soon as the order has been made and is seven working days after the day of the receipt of goods. Customers must inform us in writing - by letter, fax or email - of their decision to cancel. Any money will be reimbursed before the statutory period of thirty days providing goods are returned intact and as sold.
