| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment. This will be in the form of a PayPal transaction and their terms and conditions apply. |
| Shipping And Handling Unfortunately, due to the large volume of fraudulent orders from outside of the United Kingdom, we have had to stop receiving internet orders from around the World that rely on the standard method of credit card entry via the website. International orders will be accepted but will not be sent out until cleared funds have been received via PayPal. |
| Delivery Schedule Providing the items you have ordered are in stock we will normally send your order to you within 10 business days . International orders are generally received in under 20 days. Orders that require custom embroidery or printing usually take longer to dispatch. If do not receive your order within 14 business days, please contact us at bucs@pro-club.net * All orders for team kits, training or leisure wear will only be processed as orders once they have been accompanied with official purchase order numbers or order references in writing via fax or email. * All orders from new customers need to be accompanied by contact details by completing the new customer order form. * Orders for 5 units or less are unable to have any individual university or team logo allied; only the complimentary BUCS logo. * All orders are subject to a minimum delivery charge. * Delivery will only be complete once full payment has been recieved and all goods will remain the property of JSPC until the final transaction. |

| Returns Policy Regulations provide a cooling off period and an unconditional right to cancel during that period. The cooling off period begins as soon as the order has been made and is seven working days after the day of the receipt of goods. Customers must inform us in writing - by letter, fax or email - of their decision to cancel. Any money will be reimbursed before the statutory period of thirty days providing goods are returned intact and as sold.
